The Race Team RVA Running Club – a 501(c)(3), is a running club focused on building a healthier community by inspiring people to walk or run, and provide an environment for people to form healthy relationships. The club also organizes various training teams that focus on techniques to improve performance and strengthening core, and injury prevention.
The Race Team RVA Running Club’s mission is to build a healthier community by creating a positive environment that inspires people to become physically active and to grow as runners while forming positive relationships with teammates. We do this by providing year-round training teams for runners of all abilities, from a runner training for their first race to a veteran marathoner trying for a personal best. Our dedicated coaches are committed to helping you meet your goals
We also provide race management to local organizations and events that target people in need in the Richmond and surrounding communities. Our primary goal is to provide excellent race management service to help promote healthy living and fitness in the community by helping organizations with missions that benefit the community and the charity they support.

- Winter Training – 2017 into 2018 to prepare for a Spring Half or Full Marathon
- 12K Training program – prepare for the Virginia Memorial 12K Race
- Summer Training – 2018 to prepare for a Fall Half or Full Marathon
